What happens if the weather is unfavourable?
In the event of adverse conditions, the cruise is rescheduled for another agreed date or cancelled without charge. The assessment is made the day before or on the morning itself, based on official forecasts and the skipper’s judgement.
Where exactly does the cruise depart from?
Boarding takes place in Giardini Naxos. The exact point at the port is communicated when the booking is confirmed, together with the meeting time. We generally recommend arriving 15 minutes before departure.
Can it be booked for more than 8 people?
The standard capacity is for groups of up to 8 people. For larger groups, please contact us directly: we assess the availability of suitable boats on a case-by-case basis.
Is hotel transfer available?
Hotel-port transfer is available on request as an additional service. We organise it with private vehicles in coordination with the skipper, ensuring precise timings for both the outward and return journey.
Can professional photos be taken on board?
Yes. On request, we can arrange for a professional photographer to be present during the cruise. It is an especially appreciated option for anniversaries, marriage proposals or special occasions.
Can a bottle be added on board?
The bottle upgrade with Sicilian sparkling wine is available on request during the booking stage. We select local labels that are coherent with the time of day and the guest profile.
Can the booking be cancelled?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the cruise. Within 48 hours, a specific policy applies and is agreed case by case at the time of confirmation. In the event of unfavourable weather, cancellation is always without charge.
