Val di Noto: three territories, and how to choose between them
The Val di Noto is neither a town nor a stretch of coast: it is a piece of the island rebuilt wholesale after 1693, and the landscapes inside it have little in common. The selection is divided into three groups, because three different journeys need different bases. Noto and the countryside towards the sea
Estates among vineyards, olive groves and orange trees, a few kilometres from the Baroque centre: you sleep in the country and drive into town for the day. Caltagirone
