In Palermo, food is everywhere. But eating well, at a clear price, without ending up in the usual circuit of duplicated tourist menus — that is another matter entirely.
We have selected three addresses in the city centre, arranged four fixed-price formulas and created an experience focused on Sicilian classics, without turning lunch into a rushed sequence of tastings. A seated meal, served at the right pace, for those who wish to discover the cuisine of this city without leaving it to chance.
No buffet, no laminated pictures on the table. Just an essential sequence of iconic dishes — panino cunzato, seasonal pasta dishes, swordfish or meat rolls, Sicilian cannolo — served with balance and care.

A selection, not a list
Three venues selected in the centre of Palermo — around Quattro Canti, the Molo Trapezoidale and Via La Farina. We confirm the most suitable location according to the day’s itinerary and actual availability. The name of the restaurant is shared once the booking is confirmed.
Four formulas, clear pricing
Two I Classici menus and two Degustazione menus, available in Land or Sea versions. You know what is included, what may vary according to the day, and what you will pay before taking your seat. No surprises when the bill arrives.
Traditional cuisine, carefully presented
The complete experience includes an appetiser, a first course, a main course with side dish and dessert. Water is included, with Sicilian wine by the glass or by the bottle depending on the selected formula. Daily pasta dishes may vary, while the structure of the menu remains consistent.
Allergies and preferences handled with care
Dietary requirements are collected at the time of booking and shared with the kitchen with a minimum notice of 48 hours. No improvised “yes” at the table: if a preference cannot be managed safely, we let you know in advance.

When will we know the name of the restaurant?
The name of the assigned address is communicated when the booking is confirmed, together with the time and directions. The assignment is based on the day’s itinerary and actual availability.
Can we book for more than eight guests?
The standard formula is designed for groups of 2–8 guests. For larger groups, please contact us directly: we evaluate each request individually according to availability and service logistics.
How are allergies and intolerances managed?
We collect them at the time of booking and share them with the kitchen at least 48 hours in advance. If a preference cannot be handled safely, we communicate this before confirmation. We do not make improvised adjustments at the table.
Can we pay in advance?
Yes. Payment may be made at the end of the service by card or cash, or in advance by bank transfer or payment link. This is agreed at the time of confirmation.
Can the booking be cancelled?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the reservation. Within 48 hours, a specific policy applies and is agreed on a case-by-case basis at the time of confirmation.
Are the menus also available for dinner?
This formula is designed for lunch, between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM. For dinner experiences, please contact us directly.
