The two rivers – apartment is located on a farm of 45 ares, on the ground floor of the Due Fiumare house, which rises 500 meters from the large crossroads that joins two valleys and two rivers, the Zappulla torrent and the Fitalia torrent, from which the locality itself takes its name.
The outbuilding has two entrances: the main one leads to the living area of the apartment, while the second one to one of the two bedrooms in the outbuilding.
The accommodation is located in a quiet and reserved area and at the same time strategic due to its position (along the road that leads to the beautiful sea of town Capo d’Orlando).
The property also has a private swimming-pool, open in the summer, located at the rear of the house.
In the garden, well-kept and adorned with trees of different species, there are exotic plants from various nurseries in the area: from carob, capoca, avocado, papyrus, aloe, giant thujas, ficus magnolia, to jacarandas, red acacias, bougainvillea, oleanders, up to the simplicity of aromatic plants, and on the terraces above olive and fruit trees, according to the simplest taste of those who love the land.
